Place them underneath the orthotic insole to reduce the volume in the shoe. Fit tip: use these fillers if you have narrow feet. Heal the slip with forefoot fitters. Place these underneath the contoured footbed to help reduce the volume in the shoe, and stop slipping at the heel. Slip-resistant man-made outsole.
